Fan Yang is also an AEP and is experienced in tailoring easy to follow Home-based exercise program for: weight loss, diabetes management and chronic musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, falls prevention/ osteoporosis and injuries. As a young mother, she is passionate about helping new mothers regain core strength and stability and runs. Exercise classes for women who are 4 months post-natal run on Saturday afternoons for 45 minutes.
